• TASTE - Our black Kalamata olive tastes like a fresh olive and the typical Kalamata flavor. Meaty to the bite, mild, yet spicy and delicate. Our olive is very well rounded and a little milder in taste for gourmets.
• PRODUCTION - Our Kalamata olives are packaged in the same natural way as they are freshly harvested. They are preserved in natural brine, vinegar and oil, and are therefore unblackened and natural.
• SHELF LIFE - When packed airtight and in brine, our olives stay fresh and shelf-stable for longer. Shelf life at least 15 months after harvest. Please keep cool after opening!
• VERSATILE - Goes very well with antipasti, salads or can be enjoyed on its own. TIP: You can also marinate the olives overnight in one of our extra virgin olive oils, with fresh garlic or in juice from fresh lemons & oregano.
• LARGE - The size of our black Kalamata olive is Colossal, which is basically the size of a thumb.
