You can make the fluffiest, tastiest and easiest crème patisserie without cooking. Perfect for making cakes, tarts, Savoyard desserts, profiteroles, éclairs and delicious homemade millefeuille! It comes in 6 amazing flavours: vanilla, chocolate, millefeuille, cheesecake, tiramisu and praline.
You can also prepare JOTIS Crème Patisserie with plant-based drinks.
Ingredients: Sugar, modified starch, dextrose, stabilizers: carrageenan, sodium pyrophosphate, sodium orthophosphate, potassium phosphate, sodium alginate, lactic acid mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, esters of mono- and diacetyl tartaric acid with only and fatty acid diglycerides), skimmed MILK powder, milk proteins, flavor, color: β-carotene, SOY tocopherols.
Instructions for use
Beat the contents of the CONFECTIONERY CREAM envelope with 600 ml (3 and 1/4 cups tea) of cold milk in a blender for 5 minutes.
If you want a richer taste, you can replace 90 ml of milk (1/2 cup of tea) with 90 ml of cream. You can use the ready-made cream as it is or mix it with: • 1/2 cup of fruit pieces (strawberry or banana or peach compote) • 2-3 tsp. tablespoons of jam or dessert spoon • 1/2 cup JOTIS syrup chocolate or caramel or strawberry • 1/2 cup melted chocolate • 1-2 tsp. soup drink (eg brandy, Grand Marnier) • 3-4 tsp. yogurt soup for a cooler taste, allowing you to prepare the dessert of your choice.
