Preparation:

Fill a mocha cup of water into a zinc/stainless steel jug,

then a small spoon of sugar (or more if desired)

and add a small spoon of well heaped mocha coffee and stir

Stir well when cold.

Then cook slowly until it foams.

Do not stir during cooking.

Pour the brewed coffee into the mocha cup and enjoy.

Do not drink the coffee grounds that settle in the bottom of the cup.
